Registration

All accepted CUWiP applicants must register to attend.

Once you start the registration process your answers will not be saved. You must complete the registration questions and be prepared to pay the registration fee. The last day to cancel your registration and receive a full refund is Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

Poster Submission

You can express interest in presenting at CUWiP 2024 during registration. Your assigned CUWiP site will contact you with their poster guidelines after you register.

For further information, please contact your assigned site or visit their direct webpage.

Fee Waiver

APS CUWiP offers a fee waiver if you are unable to pay the registration fee.

We ask that you please request financial assistance from your physics department first. If your department is unable to cover your registration fee, you may request the Fee Waiver Request Form by contacting APS CUWiP.

In the form, you will need to provide a brief statement of financial need and verify that department funds are not available. Once your statement is reviewed, you will receive additional instructions on how to complete your registration. Please note that you cannot register until the waiver has been approved. The last day to request a fee waiver is Monday, December 11, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
